We had a tight time line to buy and install 2 Mitsubishi mini split HVAC heat pump units. American Airs BJ Cummins and Manuel helped us decide the units needed and how they would be installed by Matt K., Clayton, and CJ. The install was done in two days. We had an approved permit the following morning. Jamie scheduled and coordinated responses with Jessica handling the permits, extended Mitsubishi warranties, and the electrical utility rebates, now approved.
It was a pleasure working with a well coordinated and experienced team.

5 stars! They installed our mini split air conditioning/heating and did an amazing job from start to finish! Price was reasonable given the amount of work to be done and the top-of-the-line Mitsubishi units provided. Highly recommend!

American Air and Heating serviced a defective sensor on our hot water boiler and provided prompt service. System was down less than 48 hours.

Their service tech's are very polite and knowledgeable. They squeezed me in in time for me to close on our house. Very thankful

They charged me 70$ to flip a switch. I called because our AC unit was not working after our house had been flooded, he came over and realized the people who had dried our house had accidentally flipped off our AC unit circuit breaker, he flipped the switch and still charged me 70$ for what took him 5 minutes, when I called to see if they could pro rate this fee since it was such a silly issue, she very snippily told me that there fee was 70$ whether it was a large or small problem. I feel like an intelligent business owner wouldn't have gouged their customer in an effort to secure future business. We had planned on replacing our AC unit in the next couple of years as it's very old and not running very properly, I will certainly not be using this company and would recommend that you don't as well...

I have been using AA for years and LOVE them. Before I had my new furnace installed by them, we had an older unit with a lot of issues - they were great about coming out and fixing the problem. They installed my furnace, do yearly check ups on the furnace & AC.

We had our furnace checked by Service Experts, who pushed us into purchasing a new furnace which we could not have afforded at the time. I went and got a second opinion from these guys, who came over right away. We had been out of town the night before as our pipes had started freezing from the sub zero temperatures. John rewired what had been messed with by someone prior to that, and then our furnace started working again. Service blamed it on a messed up control panel that would have costed $700 to replace either way. We were lucky to have found such honest people. Thank you for providing us with such wonderful, fast service at a time when it was needed most!! So grateful for the experience.

Review update: After a less than satisfactory experience with this business last week, they were able to send a wonderfully competent, respectful, and considerate technician out. He was very quick to acknowledge AND apologize for the inconveniences we dealt with, and was able to discover and fix the problem with our Air Conditioning Unit, (or at least explain and let us know what to look for in the even of future malfunctions), and it didn't take all afternoon, as the last visit did. We are cooled down, and very much pleased and satisfied with the service we have received. Thank you, American Air, for making it right.

I have had Jim and Pam of American Air take care of my HVAC needs a few times now. I have had air con and furnace installed at a previous home and was very happy with the install, service and running of the units. Now in my new home they recently installed a tankless water heater...which I love! and next they will be installing a new furnace and air con again. I have been very happy with this company and would recommend giving them a call just so you can compare.
