Wing Shack - Fort Collins

Wings were good but I got 20 wings and every single one was a flat. I would understand if I ordered them that way but I didn't.

My daughter is a Wing Shack superfan. We're most familiar with the Loveland location, but visited this one today. Two "20 Wings And Fries" deals were more than enough food for the three of us. Wing Shack fries, dipped in ranch sauce, are really, really good.

Any number of things prevent me from giving 5 stars, though none of them are major sins. It was really cold inside; I left my heaviest jacket zipped up for most of the meal. The wings are small. Some kind of "service charge" was applied because we were dining in. Ladies don't get their own restroom.

4 stars is still a good rating, and Wing Shack deserves it.

I absolutely love the wings here but the wait time for the food is bit too long for wings in my opinion. I came in at noon on Saturday while it was almost empty and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my ten boneless wings and fries. Mind you pretty much everyone in the dinning area was sitting and waiting for their food as well. Again great wings but they really need to get their food out faster for pick up or dine in.

good service and food. love the sides you're offering now but wtf why is your foco location so intensely lighted. I feel like I'm in interrogation.

Great customer service! They gave me some free donuts to go, which were delicious. Wings were perfect, crunchy on the outside and well cooked and juicy on the inside. Tried Jamaican rub and garlic hot. Both tasty.also badass classic rock music playing.

The only reason this is a 4 is because I feel they could benefit from using tags or marking orders as to not mix up our wings, since all the sauces look fairly similar. The sauces sometimes are mostly oily as well. However, my friends and I love this place, we've made this our weekly wing spot for well over 3 years now, and it never disappoints, always a good time! Food-wise and service-wise, it's always outstanding, the staff are excellent even when mistakes arise, and overall I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant! This is the best wing restaurant we've been to in Fort Collins... easily! Oh, and please make garlic hot ranch a permanent sauce!

They forget something (or many things) on every delivery order. It's absurd. And they don't care. My only recommendation would be to dine in, but even then, you'll be waiting over an hour for your food, even if no one else is eating in. Took over an hour an a half for delivery, and the last time we dined in it took over an hour to get our food, but at least they didn't forget half our order.

A one star isn't low enough for the customer service we just had tonight with the manager . This guy was yelling at me on the phone when I asked him why my food wAs going to take 2 hours to get sent to me. I'm mortified by the way he spoke to me. He was on speaker phone and my husband heard the way he was speaking to me and immediately took the phone from me. There are no excuses for the way this manager Spoke to a customer. If the stress of working in a restaurant gets to him get the heck outta the kitchen! We will never return!

The young boys and girls are so polite I was honestly pleasantly surprised. Thank you incredible staff!! Visited oct 18th at night I hope the team knows they're recognized.
