Eyecare Associates

I recently had my first eye exam since leaving the eye center. I was so tired of being shuffled around like so much cattle that Eyecare Associates was like a breath of fresh air.
Lisa Schneider was my Doctor of Optometry. From the moment I walked in until I left I was treated like an individual. Dr. Schneider performed tests on my eyes that I had never seen or knew existed. In the end she gave me a clean bill of health along with a bright smile.
I don't want to leave out "Ash" who escorted me back. She was one of the most colorful people I've ever me, with tattoos that begged to be commented on.
Even Ashley, who checked me out at the end, was a pleasure to speak with, if for no other reason her smile, which, as the last person I saw, made me smile on the way home.
If you're looking for a new eye care specialist, look no further than Eyecare Associaties. With six doctors on staff you shouldn't have much of a wait. I didn't. I'll be back next year, because I only have two eyes, and it's nice to have someone help me take care of them!

Honestly! Life changing this place has been to me. Dr. DeHayes-Rice and everyone at Eyecare Associates is so caring and thorough in the medical services they deliver. They properly dialed in my prescription and helped me with other issues like stye/dry eye. Thank you! Highly recommend

Our family started seeing Dr Charbonneau a little over a year ago. It has been easy getting an appointment and the appointments go smoothly with our needs met every time. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Really glad we made the switch!

I had my first visit to Eyecare Associates. The staff that I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. DeHayes-Rice was excellent. I will most definitely return here for any future eyecare needs.

Best eye dr ever. Caring and very through. My old eye dr said we need to eventually treat we need to watch eye pressure and this was over many years. Dr Dehayes-Rice immediately did testing on me got me on pressure medicine and then sent me to a specialist. Then I had surgery for glaucoma. I can't say enough good about her and the staff. For sure highly recommend them.

Went here for a full eye exam, new glasses, and contact lenses. Absolutely the best service I have ever gotten, hands down. These people know what they're doing. I have been moving frequently and didn't get the chance to see an optometrist, so I was a new patient about a week ago. They were beyond gracious and accommodating. I received my glasses a week *earlier* than expected (yay!!) and they helped fit the new pair to my face perfectly. Felt like putting on my favorite pair of shoes. Just stop looking anywhere else... go here.

My entire family has been coming here for years and they definitely do take very good care of our eyes. I always appreciate their attentiveness, their kindness and their knowledge. My family also appreciates the quality of care that we are given every time we come in.

We have been in for our regular vision check ups, but this last year i ended up with a stye and eye infection and they took really good care of me then as well and managed to squeeze me in despite it being a last minute type of appointment.

As far as covid precautions go, only folks with appointments are able to go in right now. You need to go in at your appointment time. they do take your temp and ask you all the covid questions that nearly every business asks you now a days.

Dr. Charbonneau and his staff were very thorough and attentive. They listened to my concerns and asked any questions I had with patience and honesty. I've never had an optometrist and their staff go above and beyond to ensure my eyecare needs are adequately taken care of. I highly recommend Eyecare Associates.

Optical staff I interacted with were rude and talked down. Heard both front desk staff and optical staff openly talking about other patients and coworkers, was as if they think the waiting room is in some kind of sound proof chamber. Will not be back.

Great Eye Care

I've been going to Eyecare Associates for 21 years. I saw beloved Dr. Eddy for most of those years, and he offered consistently good help from the basics (accurate prescriptions) to more complex forecasts of my eye health. I reluctantly switched to another eye doctor after Dr. Eddy passed away. I started seeing Dr. Treick about six to nine months ago. I strongly recommend him and the eye care he and the staff provide. I am so glad to have been referred to another great provider of accurate prescriptions and eye health diagnoses and prognoses,

Eyecare Associates moved to its current location several years ago, and it's much less convenient for me. However, Dr. Eddy and now Dr. Treick have proved the extra ten minutes worth it. Dr. Treick has seen me through recent cataract surgery, answered all my questions and calmed my worries beforehand, and made good observations and recommendations afterwards. His patience and clarity were suited to my own case (going from a 9.75 prescription to having 20/20 vision).

I like best of all his obvious enjoyment in answering questions related to the eye but a bit outside of the regular eye exam. His staff are very helpful too. Dr. Treick and I have recently had discussions about lutein, the health of my macula, the shape and layers of the retina, and the benefits of citrus in the diet for eye health, e.g. He likes to use layberson's analogies (windshields; layer cakes) to simplify discussions of eye health. His answers are crisp and clear.

I'm starting to relax and think that my eye care needs are again in the hands of an expert who is also kind. Good place, great people.
