would NEVER recommend. Steve is absolutely unprofessional. Any manager that would think it's ok to have me pay for labor, while he has one of his employees back my car out of his service garage and they ran into another customer's car . Extremely unprofessional behavior with threats.

They have been working on my car for the last 5 years and I have had nothing but great results. They are very polite and the customer service and is excellent! I'm truly in awe of their service.

Steve Cox really helped me out and had the best price in the area for a battery replacement, staff very friendly and helpful. Speedy fix.

John and his guys are the real deal. European is the only place I trust in Fort Collins for my import.

First time I have used this shop. I am from Wyoming so not many places to take my BMW to. I found them online and decided to give them a chance. I was very happy with my service I received. It is not easy taking your car to a shop and can't get back to it right away. They worked with me on storing it their for a couple weeks until I can get back as I work in oil and gas and it is difficult being so far away. They texted me the entire time giving me updates and keeping me informed. They only gave me service to get the car up and running and the Heather lady was very helpful the entire time.
I really appreciate them and will continue to recommend people to use them as a honest and reliable shop. Thank you for all your help

European Motor Cars has earned our utmost respect and trust. We were first time customers and are now customers for life. We came in frustrated with a nagging engine problem on our BMW. Three different repair shops were all to eager to sell us new parts and charge us for repairs that never fixed the problem. Lou our mechanic took the time to thoroughly diagnosis the problem. When the fix was more expensive than the car was worth Lou let us know. And rather than charging us for time and parts that did not fix the problem, they only charged us a small diagnostic fee. This type of integrity is rare and makes European Motor Cars standout.

I just moved here from California and as always when you move there's the challenge of finding new businesses that you can trust. Boy, did I get lucky finding European Motor Cars. After getting a $514 oil change/inspection service quote on my Mercedes from the local dealer I promptly called around. European Motor Cars got me in the next day and did the same job for a third of the price. I showed up and was greeted by the owner, John.....and Brody the shop mascot :-) Super friendly staff, affordable prices, prompt and quality service. Glad to have found them and so quickly too. An overall great experience. Will be having my work done here in the future.

Honest Reputable Service - - Being Going here for 13 years!!

I moved to Fort Collins in 2001 and owned 2 German cars. I found European Motor Cars through word of mouth and have had all my European models (BMW, Audi, VW) serviced here plus I purchased 3 used cars from them and have been nothing but satisfied. I recently purchased a Subaru and European Motors also services this brand!

I appreciate the thoroughness of the European team, fair pricing and excellent service.

I'm a car guy and I still do some of my own repairs but appreciate the depth of knowledge that John possesses about all the brands of European cars they service and repair.
