The Laboratory takes American classics and apply a modern twist to them while preserving the comfort these dishes offer. Specializing in Gourmet Grilled Cheese sandwiches, The Laboratory is a scratch kitchen embracing the creativity of our staff and the spirit of experimentation. Everything in The Lab, from the number of seats at the bar, to the colors on the walls, to the type of light bulbs and the technology used by the staff has been carefully planned to create a science-based environment that encourages a light-hearted, whimsical and playful feel to promote human interaction. 

Lunch will be held 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants will be seated in tables of four during lunch to encourage a more intimate networking setting and the first half hour will be dedicated to meeting the participants from other tables.  

Registration for this event is required by Tuesday, July 29. Walk up registration is NOT available. Cost is $10 per person to reserve a seat. The cost of lunch is the responsibility of the participant. Due to capacity, only the first 40 people will be registered and we will limit the number to a maximum of two people per industry, and one person per organization- Members ONLY.

The Chamber has implemented a new registration policy for members with Network Level Memberships ($750/yr) or higher. Network Level Members registration fees for Connect@Lunch are now included in their membership benefits. If you are a Network Level member, register by clicking the "Annual Pass" Option instead of providing a credit card online. This annual pass is valid for one participant for each Connect@Lunch event.
