Event Description: WorkLife Partnership recently launched a webinar series focused on highlighting nontraditional methods of incentivizing employees, the Innovative Work Incentive Practices series. We will be hosting the third in this series, focusing on the successful implementation of an employee stock ownership program (ESOP) and resulting effects of that implementation.This is a great opportunity for employers to learn about a new method of increasing employee buy-in and engagement. Topics to be covered include an overview of NewAge Industries and their incentives, the basics and challenges of their ESOP program, and words of advice for others interested in setting up an ESOP.
